With over 40 years of coaching experience, Tony and Liza have led many baseball teams with a passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field.
As a non-profit organization, the Valley Stream Hawks offers affordable programs, thanks to the generous support of our parents and sponsors, making high-quality baseball accessible to all. Our veteran coaching staff is dedicated to instilling discipline, teamwork, and life skills that extend far beyond the diamond.
Competing in top leagues across the island, we also provide strength and conditioning programs to help players reach their full potential. Many of our alumni have earned spots at major colleges—and some have gone on to be drafted into the minor and major leagues. Here, it’s about more than just baseball—it’s about building champions in life.

His leadership has shaped hundreds of players, instilling discipline, resilience, and a love for the game that lasts a lifetime. Tony’s coaching has guided many athletes to earn spots at top colleges, with several even reaching the minor and major leagues. His unwavering commitment ensures every player leaves the field with lessons they can carry into school, career, and life.

Bringing both his professional expertise and lifelong passion for the sport, Coach Molina plays an integral role in the Hawks’ growth, offering guidance that extends beyond the field. As a supporting coach, business manager, and scorebook keeper, she ensures the organization runs smoothly both on and off the field. Liza’s passion extends beyond baseball—she works tirelessly to support the players and their families, helping them navigate challenges and celebrating their victories.
